Today I say I love You Lord;
On this St. Valentine's Day.
People all around the World
Unite in love, albeit for one day.
You Lord are the God of Love,
The same yesterday, today, forevermore...
Your Love never fails.
If only Your children had a love like this.
Today we phone, embrace and share,
Others see how much we care.
Husbands and wives, parents and children,
Siblings, colleagues and friends...
Tomorrow...Where did that love go?
My prayer to God this day,
Is that He, in His loving mercy,
Will show us how to really LOVE.
A love that banishes war,
That there should be abuse no more.
To give to those who beg at our door.
To share all that we have in store...
